At FaceXon, operated by DataXpie Ltd., we stand by the quality of our made-to-order products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color choice, delivery delays, or minor deviations in print/color due to screen display differences. Customers are strongly encouraged to review product details and sizing carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives with a valid issue, such as a clear print defect or damage, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not accept claims made after this timeframe. To initiate a claim, please email support[at]facexon.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and high-quality photographic evidence showing the defect clearly. In some cases, we may request a short video to confirm the problem. Low-quality, cropped, or unclear images may result in the rejection of your request.
If your claim is approved, we will issue a one-time replacement of the affected item or a refund of the product price only. Shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Replacements are limited to one per order. Repeat or excessive claims may be flagged and rejected.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. Refunds will not be issued if the product was misused, altered, or delivered according to the courier’s tracking information.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. FaceXon is not liable for lost or returned items due to incorrect addresses. We do not re-ship or refund such orders.
International customers are subject to the same policies. Shipping timelines may vary by country, and FaceXon is not responsible for customs delays or additional local taxes.
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that appears to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of this policy. This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and is enforced under DataXpie Ltd., registered in England and Wales.
