Cancellation Policy

At FaceXon, all products are made to order and enter production shortly after the order is placed. As such, cancellation requests are subject to strict conditions, as outlined below.

Customers may request an order cancellation within 1–2 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered production. Once an order has been submitted to production, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstances, as each product is individually processed and produced on demand.

Cancellation requests must be submitted either:

  • Via the customer’s account on our website (where available), or
  • By contacting our support team at support[at]facexon.com with the order number and a clear request for cancellation.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be cancelled. Approval is contingent upon the production status of the item at the time the request is received. If the order has already entered production, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a cancellation is approved, a partial refund will be issued. All approved cancellations are subject to:

  • Deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees, and
  • A 5% order processing charge is calculated on the total product price.

These deductions cover irreversible processing costs incurred at the time of order placement. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

This policy applies to both domestic and international orders. By placing an order with FaceXon, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

FaceXon is operated by DataXpie Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. This policy complies with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
