Because our products are custom-made, production times can vary depending on the product type and order quantity. On average, large production takes some additional time, but smaller or simpler orders are often processed and dispatched more quickly. Once your item is ready, shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping partner involved in delivering your package. While we always aim to ship as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to external factors like courier handling and customs processing.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the specific product, shipping destination, and delivery method. These costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. Some items may include free shipping, while others may carry standard or location-based charges.
In many cases, tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped, but this depends entirely on the shipping partner and service used. Some packages, especially those sent via local postal services, may not include tracking information.
We handle VAT and other relevant duties from our side where applicable. However, if your local customs office applies additional import taxes or charges upon delivery, these are the customer’s responsibility. FaceXon does not cover or reimburse any such costs.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs for any returned items. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return is received.
